Hello, I’m Katy Sullivan, the proud founder of SaltBox Property Staging, nestled on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

My passion for interiors ignited during countless childhood visits to National Trust properties, my love for classic literature and a penchant for rearranging my bedroom endlessly.

Before launching my own business, I gained valuable experience in event management, working with prestigious clients such as Diageo and the International Olympic Committee. I later ventured into the banking sector in the City of London, though quickly realised that the fast-paced corporate life wasn’t aligned with my true calling.

My journey into home staging began whilst renovating cottages in North Yorkshire, which I successfully transformed into holiday lets. I relished the process of styling these spaces to attract the target market, leading to a consistently booked calendar year-round. This experience inspired my desire to pursue a career in interiors and ultimately start my own business.

More recently, while assisting a friend in staging her show home, I discovered the world of property staging. A few months later, I launched SaltBox Property Staging.

I am excited to collaborate with estate agents, developers, investors, and homeowners on this journey. Most importantly, I look forward to transforming vacant and occupied properties into inviting homes and holiday lets, that appeal to buyers and holidaymakers alike.
